- Business level in English and Mandarin

- Min. 5yrs exp. in logistics/freight forwarding industry, function as control tower for key account management

- Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must

Duties:

- Oversee Regional customer service duties

- Handle QBR/MRB preparation and KPI performance follow up

- Implementation for new customers and new business onboard from existing customers
