Nature of Business: Japanese Logistics Company

Work days: 5 days

Responsibilities:

- Support to sales team and coordinate with operation team

- Handle daily incoming inquiries, calls, shipping documentations and quotation

- Arrange shipping documents

Requirement:

- Min. 3yrs logistics operation/customer service exp.

- Good command of Japanese (N2 or above) and English

- Familiar with MS Excel skills

- Working exp. in logistics firm will be an advantage
