- Degree holder with min. 3yrs HR admin exp.

- Business level of Japanese (N2 or above) and English

- Exp. in staff and management training, new appraisal process and training needs analysis

Duties:

- Perform HR & Administration functions included but not limit to recruitment, staff education, appraisal etc.

- Prepare reports and analysis for Japanese management review
