Requirement:

- Native in Cantonese and business level in Mandarin

- Min. 4yrs full set shipping (including L/C documents & Tradelink) exp. in trading / manufacturing co.

- Familiar with Excel Vlook up and pivot table

- Exp. / knowledge in Shipping system will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

- Handle full set I/E documents and co-work with China office for shipping arrangement

- Handle L/C and Tradelink declaration

- Liaise with forwarder and vendors for price negotiation, terms, delivery arrangement

- Assist in stock take at warehouse
