Requirement:
- Business level in English, good command of Japanese and Mandarin

- Min. 2yrs working exp. in back office supporting role, exp. in Japanese company preferred

- Familiar with Ms Word and Excel

Duties:

- Monitor shipping process, handle invoice and shipping fee calculation

- Handle translation (Japanese<>Chinese)

- Visit client with sales staffs and assist in exhibition and event

- Overseas business trips (several times a year)
